About Nodi

While running mc², our startup accelerator in Latin America, founders kept coming to us unable to find the right talent. We started helping them, making introductions, getting on calls, doing the work. That's when we saw the problem up close.

The talent existed. The opportunities existed. But there was no intelligent way to connect the two. Resumes don't capture people. Job postings don't capture companies. The whole system was running on incomplete information.

Recruiting doesn't have a people problem. It has a data problem.

That realization is what led us to build Nodi. A platform designed from the ground up to make true fit possible between candidates and companies. Not just a surface-level match, but a deep alignment of context, potential, and opportunity. Because when people are in roles that actually fit them, at companies that actually get them, everything works better.

We believe the future of hiring looks completely different. Candidates and companies both have agents that represent them fully, hold all the context, and can find the right match without the painful manual work that defines recruiting today. That is the world we are building.
