This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Nodi Career Agent, Nodi's paid AI career agent service. It supplements, and should be read together with, the general Nodi Candidate Privacy Policy. Where this Policy and the general Candidate Privacy Policy conflict on a matter specific to Career Agent, this Policy controls.
By purchasing or activating Nodi Career Agent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy in addition to the general Candidate Privacy Policy and Nodi's Terms of Service.
Nodi Career Agent is a paid, opt-in service that actively works on your behalf to search for jobs, match you against open opportunities, and proactively notify you — by email and, where available, WhatsApp — of relevant openings. It is a more active service than Nodi's free candidate tools: rather than waiting for you to search or apply, Career Agent continuously scans, matches, and reaches out to you directly.
In addition to the information described in the general Candidate Privacy Policy, Nodi Career Agent collects:
Billing name, payment method details, and transaction history, processed through our third-party payment processor. Nodi does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
If you provide a phone number and opt in to WhatsApp notifications, we collect your phone number and your consent status for messaging.
Additional signals used to power active matching, such as which job recommendations you view, save, dismiss, or act on, and your engagement with prior notifications — used to improve the relevance of future matches.
By subscribing to Career Agent, you specifically authorize Nodi to:
This processing is performed as part of delivering the paid service you have subscribed to, and is a condition of using Career Agent — it cannot be selectively disabled while keeping the service active, since proactive matching and outreach are the service. You may cancel your Career Agent subscription at any time, which stops this processing going forward (see Section 5).
By activating Career Agent, you consent to receive job-related emails from Nodi as part of the service. Non-essential marketing emails remain separately unsubscribable at any time; service emails that are core to Career Agent's function (match notifications) continue while your subscription is active.
WhatsApp notifications are sent only if you affirmatively provide a phone number and opt in. You may opt out of WhatsApp messaging at any time through your account settings or by replying to any message as instructed, without cancelling your broader Career Agent subscription. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Where required by applicable law, we obtain your consent before sending WhatsApp messages and honor opt-outs promptly.
Career Agent data is shared under the same principles as the general Candidate Privacy Policy: Nodi does not sell your personal information and does not use it to train AI models. In addition to the third parties listed there, Career Agent relies on:

You may cancel your Career Agent subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
You may also request full deletion of your account and personal information at any time, as described in the general Candidate Privacy Policy.
All provisions of the general Nodi Candidate Privacy Policy — including data security, your rights and choices, children's privacy, international transfers, and our commitment never to sell your data or use it for AI model training — apply in full to Career Agent, except where this Policy sets out additional or more specific terms for the paid service.
