What is Nodi

Nodi is an AI-powered recruiting platform. It helps hiring teams source, evaluate, interview, and move candidates through a hiring pipeline, and helps candidates find and apply to relevant roles.

Sourcing Agent

Nodi's Sourcing Agent searches for candidates matching a role's requirements and ranks them before your team manually reviews anything.

Getting started

  1. Open a job posting in your Nodi dashboard.
  2. Go to the Sourcing tab and describe the profile you're looking for (skills, seniority, location, stack).
  3. The agent returns a ranked list of candidates with a summary of why each one matches.
  4. Approve candidates to move them into your pipeline, or refine the search criteria and re-run it.
Notes
  • Sourcing results are recommendations. Recruiters review and approve every candidate before outreach is sent.
  • You can adjust ranking criteria at any time from the job's settings.

Applicant Tracking (ATS)

The ATS is where candidates live once they've applied or been sourced. It organizes candidates into pipeline stages and lets recruiters evaluate and score them.

Getting started

  1. Go to Pipeline for the job you're managing.
  2. Candidates appear in stages (e.g., New, Screening, Interview, Offer) — customize stage names in job settings.
  3. Click a candidate to see their profile, resume, evaluation score, and activity history.
  4. Move candidates between stages by dragging their card or using the stage dropdown.
Notes
  • Evaluation scores are AI-assisted but never final. A recruiter or hiring manager makes every advance, rejection, or offer decision.
  • You can leave internal notes on a candidate's profile visible only to your team.

AI Interviews

Nodi can run an automated first-round interview with candidates so your team only spends time on candidates worth a live conversation.

Getting started

  1. In a job's pipeline settings, enable AI Interview for a stage.
  2. Configure the questions or let Nodi generate them from the job description.
  3. When a candidate reaches that stage, they receive an invitation to complete the interview on their own time.
  4. Results (transcript, scoring, and a summary) appear on the candidate's profile the same day.
Notes
  • Candidates are informed they are interacting with an AI interview, consistent with Nodi's AI Transparency page.
  • No AI Interview result advances or rejects a candidate automatically; a recruiter reviews it first.

Pipeline Automations

Automations move candidates and trigger actions without manual intervention — for example, notifying a recruiter when a candidate has been waiting too long in a stage, or auto-advancing a candidate once an assessment is completed.

Getting started

  1. Go to Pipeline > Automations for a job.
  2. Choose a trigger (e.g., "assessment completed," "X days in stage") and an action (e.g., "move to next stage," "notify recruiter").
  3. Save the automation. It applies to all candidates in that pipeline going forward.
Notes
  • Automations can be edited or disabled at any time without affecting candidates already moved by a prior automation run.

Psychometric Assessments

Configurable behavioral assessments that give recruiters insight into how a candidate thinks, communicates, and works, alongside technical evaluation.

Getting started

  1. In job settings, go to Assessments and add a Psychometric Assessment to a pipeline stage.
  2. Candidates receive an invitation link when they reach that stage.
  3. Results appear as a report on the candidate's profile, viewable by your team.

For Candidates

Candidates can create a free Nodi account to access AI-powered career tools, manage their profile, and apply to jobs.

Getting started

  1. Create an account at app.nodi.global/signup or through a job application that uses Nodi.
  2. Upload your resume — Nodi extracts your education, experience, and skills automatically. Review and edit the extracted information.
  3. Enable automatic job matching to receive relevant job recommendations, or browse and apply manually.
  4. Your profile and resume are only shared with an employer when you apply to one of their roles. Employers cannot browse candidate profiles otherwise.

Managing your account

  • Disable automatic matching at any time from account settings.
  • To request deletion of your account or personal data, contact hello@nodi.global. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and your rights.

API & MCP Access

Nodi exposes a public API and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for technical integrations and AI agent tooling, available at open.nodi.global.

  • Used for programmatic access to job postings, candidate search, and pipeline actions.
  • Access requires API credentials; contact hello@nodi.global to request integration access.
  • Full endpoint reference is available to approved integration partners upon request.

FAQ

Is Nodi free to use for candidates?

Yes. Creating a candidate account and using Nodi's core candidate tools is free.

Can employers see my profile before I apply?

No. Your profile is only visible to an employer once you apply to one of their job postings.

Does an AI ever make the final hiring decision?

No. Nodi's AI features (sourcing, scoring, interviews) assist recruiters, but a human always makes the final decision to advance, reject, or extend an offer.

How do I disable job matching?

From your account settings, toggle off automatic job matching. You can still browse and apply to jobs manually.

How is my data protected?

Troubleshooting

I can't sign in with Google.

Confirm you're using the same Google account you originally signed up with. If the issue persists, contact support.

My resume didn't parse correctly.

Try re-uploading in PDF format. If fields are still incorrect, you can manually edit any field in your profile — parsing is a starting point, not the final record.

I'm not receiving job match notifications.

Check that automatic matching is enabled in your account settings, and check your spam folder for messages from Nodi. Some account notifications cannot be disabled while your account is active, but marketing emails can be unsubscribed from via the link in any email.

A candidate says they didn't receive their AI Interview invitation.

Confirm the candidate's email on file is correct and ask them to check spam. Invitations can be resent from the candidate's profile in the pipeline.

I found unexpected behavior or a bug.

Report it to hello@nodi.global with a description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot.
